You will have one contact from the very beginning that designs for you, to the very end of the project, who will keep in contact with you to let you know what is happening at each stage of the project. You can contact your project manager any time on their cell phone so communication is easy, including nights and weekends! When your project is finished, our goal is to make your basement feel like an extension of your upstairs living space, not a “basement”. We try to work with your budget. You are provided a written estimate at the time your design is presented to you. This estimate is made with great attention to detail so you are getting a firm price for the design that is being presented to you. Unless you make changes to the design or add upgraded options, the price does not change during the project. A lot of contractors will give you a low price just to get the job and then come back to you for more money during the project for things they forgot to include in the bid. If you do decide to make changes or upgrades the prices are always given to you in writing in advance so you can decide if you want to proceed with the changes and not be surprised with a big bill later.
